2. passport original ( 6 months valid)
3. 1 pc. passport size colored picture
4. copy of passport first page
5. copy of U.S., New Zealand, Japan, Australia, Korea and Canada ( if there is )
6. Philippines last school record original
7. financial supporting document for studying abroad
8. korea school certification of admission
9. visa fee: php 2,500.00

* If personally invited by Korean: Invitation letter and copy of invitor's passport

6. school certificate (original)
7. copy of school ID
8. copy of birth certificate
9. parent's documents: bank certificate original and ITR and employment certificate original ( or DTI, SEC, Mayor's permit)
